Hawaiian Bros, a fast casual restaurant serving Hawaiian inspired plate lunches, is getting ready to open a new location in Manvel at 18909 Hwy 6, Suite 100.

The new restaurant will occupy 1,755 square feet at the Shops at Bluewater, according to Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filings. Construction is scheduled to begin September 7, 2026, with completion expected December 31, 2026. An exact opening date has not been announced. Customers can expect Hawaiian Bros’ lineup of plate lunches, bowls, wraps, sides, and soft serve.

The new restaurant will be part of the Shops at Bluewater, a 13,500-square-foot development at 18909 Hwy 6. The property is located at the corner of Highway 6 and Pollard Boulevard, directly at the entrance to the Valencia master-planned community and future Manvel City Center. According to the leasing brochure, Valencia will add 1,500 homes to the north on both sides of Pollard Boulevard.

Hawaiian Bros’ menu is centered on the Hawaiian plate lunch, which traditionally includes meat, white rice, and macaroni salad. Its menu includes Huli Huli Chicken, Molokai Chicken, Honolulu Chicken, Luau Pork, and Kilauea Chicken, as well as mixed plates and build-your-own bowls. Customers can also order Pacific Island Salad, several wraps and sliders, SPAM Musubi, sides, and Dole Soft Serve.

The company currently lists Texas locations in cities including Addison, Allen, Arlington, Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Denton, Fort Worth, Frisco, Houston, Hurst, Kyle, Lewisville, Live Oak, Lubbock, Midland, Richardson, Rowlett, San Antonio, San Marcos, Tyler, Waco, and Wichita Falls. The brand says its meals are prepared with fresh ingredients and that its kitchens do not use freezers, fryers, or microwaves. This will be an excellent landing space for Hawaiian Bros as the Shops at Bluewater development continues to add businesses, including Four Two Cafe and Pilates Addiction Manvel.
