Vino and Vinyl Supper Club is planning some major renovations at its Sugar Land Town Square location. The entertainment restaurant will undergo an expansion starting later this month, according to Community Impact. Vino & Vinyl Supper Club at 15977 City Walk will remain open as construction begins on the recently acquired space next door.
The plan is to add on to the original location through the leased space next door. Vino & Vinyl Supper Club is adding a new bar, dining room, and a private room. The eatery will also renovate the building exterior and outdoor patio.
What Now Houston reached out to Vino & Vinyl Supper Club Managing Partner Craig Adams to find out more details about the brand and the upcoming changes. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“We are a West-Coast-driven wine bistro. While every fine-wine-producing country is represented on our list, our specialty is small-production and artisan wines from California,” the Vino & Vinyl Supper Club website reads.
“Our menu is a living expression of the diversity in Fort Bend County. We believe the best wine deserves a memorable cuisine with the freshest ingredients. Every sauce is made from scratch, and every dish is cooked to order.”
Beyond the wine and good eats, Vino & Vinyl Supper Club is all about the music.
“Music on vinyl is the perfect pairing to a night out! Since there’s nothing quite like the warmth in sound and nostalgia it brings, we know you’ll fall in love again, or even for the first time, as all of our music is spun off vinyl records,” the brand’s website reads.
“We play a bit of everything and even sell records! You will find new re-releases, vintage selections, as well as a small rummage section.”
Vino & Vinyl Supper Club was founded by Paul and Nichole Killingsworth in 2015, opening their first wine bar and record shop in Missouri City in May of that year. The two later expanded the concept to its second and primary supper club location at Sugar Land Town Square in 2017. The Killingsworths originally opened the concept around their mutual love for wine and music. Inspired by the social atmosphere and vintage warmth of 1930s supper clubs, it was founded to blend artisan small-production wines with music spun exclusively on vinyl records.
What started as a record and wine-retail concept in Missouri City evolved into a popular chef-driven supper club experience in Sugar Land Town Square. Managing partner Craig Adams is also heavily involved in its current operations and co-ownership.
