Charlee Rose Coffee is moving its Gilbert cafe to Mesa after an unexpected change at its current location. The business recently announced on Instagram that its new address will be 1134 S. Stapley Dr., Suite 105.
Owners Brandy Grice and her daughter, Brianna Grice, have not yet shared when the new location will open, but said more updates are coming.
Charlee Rose Coffee currently operates inside a flower shop at 522 N. Gilbert Rd., Suite 102, in Gilbert. In an earlier social media update, the owners said they learned through a Facebook post that another coffee shop was being sought for the space. The business must leave the property by September 15.
After the owners shared the news, customers rallied around the business and helped the family search for a new location. Brandy and Brianna said in an Instagram post that they are excited to welcome the community to the Mesa cafe once it is ready.
Founded by the mother-daughter duo, Charlee Rose Coffee began as a mobile coffee trailer before opening its first brick-and-mortar space. Its menu includes coffee, matcha, teas, lemonades, and specialty espresso drinks.
The relocation does not affect plans for the company’s previously announced second Gilbert location at 18318 E. Chandler Heights Rd., Suite 102. As What Now Phoenix previously reported, the family signed a lease for that cafe and hopes to open it by mid-January 2027.
For now, the owners have not announced whether there will be a gap between closing the current Gilbert cafe and opening the new Mesa location. Follow Charlee Rose Coffee on Instagram for updates.
