Charlee Rose Coffee is expanding in Gilbert with a second location, according to a recent Instagram announcement from the company.
The new cafe is planned for 18318 E. Chandler Heights Rd., Suite 102, where owners Brandy Grice and her daughter, Brianna Grice, have officially signed the lease. The family hopes to open the new cafe by mid-January 2027 following an estimated six-month buildout.
The expansion follows the success of the company’s original Gilbert location at 522 N. Gilbert Rd., Suite 102, where the family-owned business serves coffee, matcha, teas, lemonades, and specialty espresso drinks.
“Looking back to where we started and where we are now feels surreal. We blew up on social media almost overnight, and since then it has been nonstop love and support from the best community,” Brandy Grice told What Now Phoenix.
Founded by the mother-daughter duo, Charlee Rose Coffee began as a mobile coffee trailer before growing into a brick-and-mortar business. The company’s mission is to create a welcoming community space and offer coffee made with non-toxic, higher-quality ingredients.
The new location will also allow the owners to expand the menu with light breakfast items and additional pastries.
Named after Brianna’s daughter, Charlee Rose, the business reflects the family’s commitment to health, wellness, and community. “Our biggest goal is to make a space where everyone feels welcome and, in a sense, like they are part of a big family,” Grice said.
The second location marks another milestone for the Arizona coffee company as it continues to grow its presence in Gilbert. The owners also plan to offer pickup and delivery from the new location.
Grice also thanked customers for their support over the years, adding, “Thank you for making our dream come to life, and we can’t wait for you all to see our vision become a reality.”
