An inspired Greek yogurt bar and café is heading to Hillcrest. According to public filings, Go Greek Yogurt plans to open a new location at 6401 Hillcrest Ave., Suite 102, near University Park in Dallas.
Go Greek Yogurt describes itself as “inspired by Greece, born in Beverly Hills,” offering fresh and frozen Greek yogurt, smoothies, and bowls, with menu items including the Energia Bowl, Proteini Bowl, and Aceso Bowl.
What Now Dallas reached out to franchisee Yan Yampolsky to inquire about an opening timeline but did not receive an answer prior to publication. Permitting records list a construction completion date of November 2026. However, public record timelines are not definitive and are subject to change.
According to Larchmont Buzz, Yampolsky is the owner of the Larchmont location in Los Angeles, formerly Holey Grail Donuts. The Hillcrest opening would add to Go Greek’s existing presence in Dallas as part of a growing national footprint.
What Now has tracked the brand’s expansion elsewhere, including its first Georgia location at Toco Hills Shopping Center, where franchisees Dmitriy Eliezer and Jeremy Burke described the brand’s goal of creating “a third space where people can talk, play games, unplug and enjoy the best yogurt while doing it.”
What Now Las Vegas also reported on the brand’s return to the Las Vegas Valley, and What Now Miami previously covered a second South Florida location in Coconut Grove.
