“The scoop is out,” said a post published to Instagram by BullStreetSC back in March. “Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is officially coming to the [BullStreet District]! We can’t wait for this nationally loved ice cream shop to bring its one-of-a-kind flavors to The Lawn — from post-dinner treats to sunny afternoons spent outside, your future plans just got a whole lot sweeter.”
Additional coverage has since followed as the hype builds. For example, there followed a post on the BullStreet website:
“The new ice cream shop will sit right next to the Bennet at BullStreet and directly across from the recently opened Gather COLA, Methodical Coffee and The Lawn — a oval turf field designed as a ‘dynamic community gathering space’ for ‘dining, recreation and cultural connection.’”
Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams come in flavors ranging from Brown Butter Almond Brittle to Queen Charlotte Sponge Cake, to Wildberry Lavender, to Maple-Soaked Pancakes to Goat Cheese with Red Cherries. There are also dairy-free and gluten-free varieties.
Details on the grand opening have not been released yet. The Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams website says details are coming soon:

Founded by Jeni Britton, Jeni’s has boasts more than 80 locations around the country.
