Olive Garden remains tied to the planned Adams Village commercial development at 3350 NC 87 in Sanford, according to recent reporting from the Triangle Business Journal. The restaurant is expected to be part of the 32-acre commercial project south of Walmart, although Olive Garden has not publicly confirmed the location.
According to the City of Sanford, the Adams Village project at 3350 NC 87 is planned to include approximately 202,700 square feet of anchor retail space, along with five future commercial outparcels.
Triangle Business Journal previously reported that Olive Garden was among the national brands connected to the development, citing sources familiar with the project. At the time, the restaurant had not confirmed its plans.
