T2 Cocktail Bar is one of the newest establishments set to come to the historic Moncrief Lenoir campus preservation and redevelopment project. According to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation permit, the new bar is expected to open in the Fifth Ward at 2103 Lyons, Suite 4120.
The permit further details that construction on the new T2 Cocktail Bar is planned to start in mid-September and is slated to wrap up at the end of October this year. If all goes well with permitting and the estimed $160,00 construction project, the new Lyons Street bar should open by this fall.
At the helm of the opening is Deal Co. founder Jon Deal, who was listed on the permit. What Now Houston reached out to Deal to find out more about the exciting new addition to the Moncrief Lenoir campus preservation and redevelopment project. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.

T2 Cocktail Bar does not yet have a website or social media pages. With no online presence, it’s kind of hard to say what exactly the new bar will offer. But we’re sure that as we inch closer to opening, more will be revealed. So keep your eyes peeled and your ears perked for the latest.
