7 Brew Coffee is planning to expand its presence in Corpus Christi with a new drive-thru-only location at 1305 Airline Road, according to project records filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
The project, listed under TABS2026028024, calls for the construction of a 510-square-foot prefabricated coffee shop designed exclusively for drive-thru service.
Construction is scheduled to begin January 4, 2027, with completion anticipated April 12, 2027. The project carries an estimated construction cost of $1.25 million and is privately funded.
The planned location will be situated at 1305 Airline Road, Corpus Christi, TX 78412, in Nueces County.
According to the project filing, Tejas Brewistas II, LLC is listed as the property owner. Ron Matlock is listed as the owner’s contact.
The project does not yet list a tenant or design firm.
The new 7 Brew Coffee is expected to follow the brand’s drive-thru-focused model, with the compact building designed to serve customers without indoor dining.
The project is currently listed as review complete, with construction expected to begin in early 2027.
