Kyuramen now has a “Super” designation, and it’s specifically for its new opening at the Hotai Plaza in Chinatown. The new flagship eatery for the brand sits in Chinatown at 4525 Spring Mountain Rd, Ste 101.
“The purpose of KYURA MEN is to let our general working-class and student population enjoy stress-free Ramen in a stress-free environment,” the Kyuramen website reads.
And that’s exactly what you’d experience at the new location in the Las Vegas Valley’s Chinatown.
Upon entering, guests are transported to a ramen shop in Japan. The space where the new eatery is located was formerly a furniture showroom. The business kept the space intact, featuring high ceilings and an open floor plan, perfect for the signature multi-level honeycomb booths that Kyuramen has. The new eatery also features a massive sushi bar and a Yokochio-inspired alleyway.
The 5,168-square-foot restaurant is designed to deliver an immersive Japanese dining experience, offering a welcoming setting for casual meals, date nights, and group celebrations. Other immersive design elements include private themed dining rooms and a Japanese wishing tree.
If that doesn’t transport you overseas, the menu certainly will!
The menu celebrates Kyuramen’s Japanese comfort food roots while introducing new offerings exclusive to the Super Kyuramen concept. Guests can enjoy signature ramen favorites alongside new dishes including the Super Kyuramen Dragon Roll, Jumbo Lump Crab Maruyaki, Toro Uni Crispy Monaka, Kyuramen Street Cup, and more.

Presentation is key at this new establishment, and there are a number of dishes that will wow you before even tasting. One big one that stands out is the Omurice and the Tonkatsu Omurice. The fluffy omelet with chicken fried rice is served with curry sauce, or demi-glace poured on top right in front of you!
The restaurant also features a full-service bar with signature cocktails, sake, Japanese beer, and an extensive selection of mocktails designed to complement the izakaya-style experience.
This new location will be the concept’s second location nationwide, bringing the brand’s new ramen bar and izakaya-style dining experience to the heart of Chinatown.
Customers can round out their experience at the new eatery with Japanese-inspired desserts like the matcha tiramisu and the matcha pudding with red bean.
