Alkeif Restaurant and Lounge is set to open in Chinatown. According to a Clark County permit, the new eatery is expected to open at Kangnam Square at 3650 S Jones Blvd, Ste. 10.
The new restaurant is slated to be located within the broader Spring Valley/Central West Las Vegas submarket.
What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with owner Jay Jbara, who confirmed the opening. Unfortunately, Jbara was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
The new concept set to come to Las Vegas soon does not yet have a website or social media pages. With no website or social media pages, it’s hard to say what exactly the new eatery will offer.
There is an Al Keig Lounge in Worth, Illinois, that is a Middle Eastern restaurant and hookah lounge. But there’s no word yet if the two are related. The term “ALKEIF” (الكيف) is an Arabic word that translates broadly to a state of pleasure, good mood, delight, or high spirits. So we’re sure that is what you’ll find at the new Chinatown food spot.
It’s also unclear when exactly the new AlKief Restaurant and Lounge will open. But we’re sure that as we inch closer to opening, more will be revealed. So keep your eyes peeled, and your ears perked for the latest about the exciting new addition to the Las Vegas food scene.
