Panera Bread is introducing its fall with a new seasonal menu featuring warm sandwiches, comforting soups, and bakery treats alongside returning favorites. The lineup arrives at Panera bakery-cafe locations across the country beginning September 2, 2026.
Three-Cheese Lasagna Soup Joins the Fall Menu
According to PR Newswire, the seasonal lineup introduces several new items alongside returning dishes designed for the season. Among the new additions are Three-Cheese Lasagna Soup, a PB&J Cookie, and Cinnamon Croissant Bites.
The menu also brings back seasonal favorites, including Autumn Squash Soup, Ciabatta Dippers, and the Chocolate Chip Bagel.
Three-Cheese Lasagna Soup Leads the Lineup
The press release shows that Panera’s new Three-Cheese Lasagna Soup combines lasagna ribbon pasta, Italian-style sausage, and parmesan cheese in a ricotta-tomato broth. The soup is finished with asiago cheese.
Panera Bread is also bringing back its seasonal soups, including Rustic Baked Potato Soup and Autumn Squash Soup.
Rustic Baked Potato Soup is made with homestyle-cut potatoes, chives, and bacon in a creamy broth. The Autumn Squash Soup presents a mix of butternut squash and pumpkin with cinnamon, honey, and a little curry.

Among the returning items are the Ciabatta Dippers, available in two varieties: the French Ciabatta Dipper and Chicken Pesto Ciabatta Dipper. Both are designed to pair with soup.
The lineup also includes sandwiches such as the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, Chicken Bacon Rancher, and Toasted Italiano.
New Bakery Treats Join the Menu
The fast-casual brand is adding two new bakery options to its fall selection. The new PB&J Cookie features a soft peanut butter cookie filled with grape jelly and dusted with powdered sugar.
The Cinnamon Croissant Bites consist of mini croissants baked with a sweet cinnamon crunch topping. They are served with a side of icing.
The Chocolate Chip Bagel is also returning to Panera Bread‘s menu.
The fall lineup further brings back the Harvest Medley Salad. This item features mixed greens and fresh arugula topped with pumpkin seeds, beet strips, and mandarin oranges.
All items are set to be available beginning September 2 at bakery-cafes nationwide. Customers can order the offerings for dine-in, Rapid Pick-Up, drive-thru, or delivery.
