Ice cream chain Baskin-Robbins is bringing Biscoff cookies and cookie butter to its menu this fall with a new dessert collection. Available nationwide beginning September 1, the Biscoff Flavor Collection has four offerings, including an ice cream, shake, sundae, and cake dessert.
New Biscoff Ice Cream Flavor Headlines the Lineup
According to QSR Magazine, the latest collection is led by Biscoff Crème Brûlée Ice Cream. This new flavor presents a mix of French custard ice cream with Biscoff cookie pieces and caramelized sugar-flavored swirls.
The collection draws on the Biscoff cookie, which is widely associated with in-flight snacks, and incorporates the flavor across four seasonal menu items.

More Dessert Items Join the Collection
In addition to the ice cream flavor, Baskin-Robbins is offering multiple desserts centered around Biscoff’s cookie butter and cookies.
Biscoff Cookie Signature Shake – This beverage offers a combination of Biscoff Crème Brûlée Ice Cream, milk, and simple syrup. It is served in a cup lined with the brand’s cookie butter spread and is finished with whipped cream, a Biscoff cookie, and additional cookie butter.
Biscoff Cookie Layered Sundae – This dessert offering has three scoops of Biscoff Crème Brûlée Ice Cream, which is layered with the cookie butter spread and small pieces of Biscoff cookies. The topping includes a Biscoff cookie, whipped cream, and extra cookie butter.
Biscoff Cookie Cake in a Box – This shareable dessert item combines layers of white cake, Biscoff Crème Brûlée Ice Cream, chopped Biscoff cookie pieces, and whipped frosting. It is finished with cookie butter topping. The cake comes in a re-closeable box.
