Pennsylvania-based Pelco Builders, Inc. filed for Chapter 11 on April 16, 2026. The petition showed that the general contractor had listed over 100 creditors in court records. The company’s offerings for more than five decades have included complex sitework, shoring, and foundations.

A construction company from East Syracuse initiated bankruptcy proceedings on April 3, 2026. Case filings showed that the construction provider has more than $1 million in liabilities. The company’s commercial construction services cater to retail, malls, and grocery stores.

The court-supervised process is expected to determine how Blue Reef Enterprises LLC addresses its outstanding obligations while continuing to operate.
