Coach will debut a new location at The Outlets at Orange as part of a broader revitalization project underway at the Orange County shopping center. Simon, which owns and operates the property, announced that Coach will be among the center’s new marquee additions, with the store planned to include a Coach Coffee Shop and patio.
The location will be at The Outlets at Orange, an open-air shopping center at 20 City Blvd. W. The property currently has more than 110 stores, along with restaurants, cafes, and entertainment venues. Simon’s directory lists Coach Outlet among the brands at the center.
Coach is an American fashion brand known for leather goods, handbags, accessories, footwear, and apparel. The company operates stores across the United States, including outlet locations that offer merchandise from its product lines. The new Orange location is expected to be incorporated into a multi-million-dollar redevelopment of The Outlets at Orange.
According to Simon, the project includes upgraded flooring, new seating areas, enhanced landscaping, refreshed signage, additional shade structures and updated lighting throughout the center. Plans also call for redesigned common areas, improved entrances, a repainted exterior and a new green space. Simon said work on the revitalization project is scheduled to begin this fall, with most of the improvements expected to be completed by late 2027.
The shopping center will remain open during construction. The project is expected to move forward as part of the larger property renovation, which will continue while the center’s existing retail, dining, and entertainment businesses remain operational.
