Montcalm Pub Gourmand, a new restaurant from Shawbridge founder Hugues Néron, plans to open between mid-October and early November at 64 Boulevard René-Lévesque Ouest in Quebec City’s Montcalm neighborhood, according to Journal Le Nord.
Montcalm Pub Gourmand is the newest restaurant from the team behind Shawbridge, Saint-Sau Pub Gourmand, and Val-Mo Pub Gourmand. The upcoming location is a sister concept to Saint-Sau.
Renovations are underway, and updates shared by the restaurant on social media show work progressing inside the space. A complete menu and hours have not been announced.
The team is also preparing an express restaurant in Saint-Sauveur for November. The location will be at the intersection of rue de l’Église and rue Principale. It will offer dine-in and takeout service.
The planned menu includes Shawbridge staples such as burgers, smoked meat, pizzas, ribs, and lemonades. An exact address and opening date for the Saint-Sauveur restaurant have not been released.
