Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings is planning a new restaurant in Boca Raton, according to public records. A plan review and initial application for the project was submitted, listing Nana’s Dim Sum at 9690 Glades Road, Boca Raton, Florida 33434. The application is associated with A&K Boca Raton LLC. 

According to Nana’s website, the restaurant serves dim sum, dumplings, buns, noodles, fried rice, and other Chinese dishes. The company currently lists locations in Colorado, New York, and Oklahoma, with another location marked as coming soon in Colorado. 

The menu includes several types of steamed and pan-fried dumplings, including vegetable, shrimp and pork, chive and pork, chicken and corn, beef and vermicelli, and pork and mushroom. Nana’s also offers soup buns, including xiao long soup buns, truffle soup buns, and spicy chicken soup buns. 

Other menu items listed on the company’s website include shao mai, signature bao, barbecue buns, pan-fried pork buns, hot and sour soup, egg drop soup, beef noodle soup, lo mein, fried rice and stir-fried udon. The restaurant also lists dishes such as Nana’s Peking Duck and roast duck buns on its current menu.
