Sourdough & Co. is set to debut in Miami. According to a Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation permit, the fast-growing, casual restaurant chain specializing in warm, deli-style sandwiches, soups, and salads is planning to open its first Miami location in Pinecrest within the Pinecrest Place shopping center at 7880 SW 104TH STREET, UNIT 106A.
The location is already listed as “coming soon” on the brand’s website.
At the helm of the opening is franchisee Scott Morris, who was also listed on the permit. What Now Miami briefly chatted with Morris, who confirmed the exciting debut. Unfortunately, Morris was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
“Renowned for our freshly baked Sourdough bread, served warm, our deli-style sandwiches feature an array of top-quality meats, artisan cheese, and fresh produce topped with our delectable house spread,” the brand’s website reads.
“Sourdough offers the ultimate in casual dining in our old-time style establishment.”
The brand was founded by Steve Presson and Gordon Ross in Greater Sacramento, California, in 2014. The booming eatery transitioned to a formal franchising model in 2022 and expanded rapidly across western and midwestern states. There are now roughly 92 open Sourdough and Co locations across several states, with a strong cluster in California.
