Work is underway on what promises to become Bel Air’s next great culinary obsession. Brookside Market is actively under construction, getting ready to welcome a new wave of enthusiastic diners before the year is over.

The restaurant will be opening at 126 North Main Street. The building previously housed Gino’s Burgers and is getting a full renovation. The Bel Air Planning Commission previously granted approval to transform the 3,694-square-foot space into a 4,764-square-foot eatery. Brookside Market will also be a welcome addition for customers who prefer to dine al fresco; the restaurant will feature a 494-square-foot outdoor patio area.

An opening timeline is not presently available for Brookside Market’s Bel Air location, however the ADW-Architectural Design Works Facebook page posted earlier this week that the storefront is “Now Under Construction and Coming to Main Street Bel Air Soon.” The Brookside website confirms that the restaurant will be opening at some point in 2026.

Brookside has been a regional hit since its debut in 2018. The concept is currently open and operational in Phoenix, Maryland, and has a slew of dedicated fans, thanks to its eclectic menu featuring Italian favorites, brick oven pizzas, and filling sandwiches and wraps.
