Castle Rock is getting a new spot for Thai food, with Thai Wow preparing to open at 794 S. Perry Street, in the Plum Creek area.

The restaurant comes from two friends who previously built a following with their Denver restaurant and are now bringing their take on Thai cuisine to Castle Rock. According to Thai Wow, the move marks the next chapter for the business as it trades the city for a new home in the Plum Creek Safeway center.

Thai Wow focuses on authentic, made-to-order Thai food, with dishes prepared fresh daily using recipes inspired by the owners’ upbringing in Thailand.

The menu features Thai staples including rich curries and sizzling stir-fries, with diners able to choose their preferred level of heat, from mild to ‘Thai hot’. The restaurant also emphasizes fresh, quality ingredients as part of its approach to the menu.

The Castle Rock location will give Thai Wow a new home in the Plum Creek shopping center, where the restaurant is currently listed as coming soon.

The business has also been keeping customers updated online as work on the new location moves forward, with its social media pages sharing updates ahead of the opening.

For now, Castle Rock diners will have to wait a little longer to get their first taste of Thai Wow, but the restaurant is already inviting locals to keep an eye on the new location as it prepares for its debut.
