Spring Hill Towne Center, the new mixed-use development planned near the intersection of Spring Hill Drive and Suncoast Parkway in Spring Hill, is now “[taking] shape in Hernando,” said coverage in the Tampa Bay Business Journal this week.
“Hundreds of multifamily units and townhomes are coming to Hernando County as part of a larger mixed-use development,” the coverage says, and that’s not all. Other confirmed tenants include Chipotle and Starbucks, and, on the retail side, Mister Car Wash.
Founded in Houston, Texas, in 1969, Mister Car Wash has become a major player in the car wash space, with hundreds of locations around the country.
“From the greeting to guiding you into the tunnel, our team members are focused on providing you with exceptional customer service,” says the Mister Car Wash website. “Our team members are the face and heart of our company and we believe that by making our team members feel cared for, they will pass that feeling onto our customers.”
In addition to car wash products like Titanium 360° (Our 360 degree Titanium Dioxide amplifies your shine and protects your underbody), HotShine Carnauba Wax (We created an industry-leading application to immerse your car in a rich blanket of Carnauba Wax for unmatched protection and shine), and Platinum Repel Shield (Fends off water and safeguards against dirt, bugs, and grime, while adding a layer to protect your car’s surface), Mister Car Wash is also known for its Unlimited Wash Club subscription. As a member you can “wash as often as you want at any of our locations nationwide.”
