Spacca Tutto is opening its doors in Los Angeles this month. It is a concept from acclaimed chef Nancy Silverton. The restaurant will offer Italian cooking with the traditions of an American steakhouse.
Spacca Tutto Set to Open at Palisades Village
Spacca Tutto is opening in Palisades Village in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, on October 15. The new restaurant will be located at 15255 Palisades Village Lane. It is developed in partnership with New School Hospitality and Caruso.
The concept is from Los Angeles-based chef Nancy Silverton, who is a James Beard Award winner. She is also a restaurateur, baker, and cookbook author who has been working in the food industry for more than four decades. She is best known for helping popularize artisan bread in the U.S. and for building a group of influential Los Angeles restaurants.
One of Silverton’s earliest major achievements was founding La Brea Bakery in 1989. She is also the co-owner of Mozza Restaurant Group and is known for her meat-focused restaurant Chi Spacca. Her current restaurant portfolio includes Pizzeria Mozza, Osteria Mozza, Mozza2Go, and Chi Spacca.
According to an Eater LA report, Spacca Tutto draws inspiration from Silverton’s work at Chi Spacca while expanding the concept into an Italian-American steakhouse format.
Palisades Village reopened in August 2026 following renovations after the January 2025 Palisades Fire.
The name ‘Spacca Tutto’ is an Italian expression that roughly translates to ‘go for it’ or ‘give it your all,’ according to the restaurant.

Menu Highlights
Spacca Tutto combines Silverton’s Italian cooking with the traditions of an American steakhouse. The steak menu will include different cuts, breeds, and ages of beef. It will also offer Focaccia di Recco, carried over from Chi Spacca.
The menu will also include chicken pot pie, shrimp cocktail, steak tartare, seasonal salads and vegetables, seafood, steak sides, and smaller bites. The restaurant is intended to work for lunch, dinner, and drinks, rather than being strictly an evening steakhouse.
The opening plans for Spacca Tutto call for a wine list of nearly 250 Italian and domestic labels. The beverage menu will also include martinis, aperitivo, and a fast craft cocktail program. The restaurant will also offer spirit-free cocktails.
Spacca Tutto is set to bring a new dining option to Palisades Village. It will add to the ongoing revival of the Pacific Palisades community while marking another addition to Nancy Silverton’s Los Angeles restaurant portfolio.
