Alphabet Bar & Grill is opening at Palisades Village this month. The opening comes as Pacific Palisades continues rebuilding following the 2025 wildfires. It is part of a broader effort to bring businesses and community life back to Pacific Palisades.
Alphabet Bar & Grill is Opening at Palisades Village
The h.wood Group is opening Alphabet Bar & Grill on August 15. The restaurant is opening in Palisades Village by the Los Angeles hospitality company. The restaurant is part of Pacific Palisades’ reopening.
According to the Los Angeles Magazine report, Alphabet Bar & Grill is designed as a neighborhood restaurant and gathering place. It is inspired by Pacific Palisades’ well-known neighborhood Alphabet Streets.
The restaurant features a warm, sophisticated, and intimate atmosphere with a neighborhood-oriented feel. Adean Studios’ Alexa Nafisi-Movaghar designed the interior of the restaurant. Its design includes green marble counters, brass details, and linen-covered tables.
The restaurant announced its opening through social media, writing, “Hello, Palisades! We are so excited to see you for the reopening of the Palisades Village on August 15th.”
Chef Tim Hollingsworth will lead the kitchen at Alphabet Bar & Grill. He will incorporate local produce from the Palisades Village farmer’s market. The menu will offer elevated American and California-inspired comfort foods.

Palisades Village Reopening and Recovery
Palisades Village will reopen on August 15 for the first time since the Palisades fire. The reopening will follow a $100 million restoration effort and introduce several new businesses.
“On Saturday, August 15, we proudly reopen the doors to Palisades Village and welcome our community back,” reads Palisades Village’s post on social media. “Doors open at 11 a.m., and the day will feature special retailer activations, pop-ups, live entertainment, family-friendly experiences, exclusive offerings, and more.”
The grand reopening will begin with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:30 a.m. The shops and restaurant in Palisades Village will open at 11 a.m.
The celebrations will continue all day with pop-ups, tastings, entertainment, and activities. Guests will end with an evening finale event at 8 p.m.
