GolfTRK plans to open at 2951 E. State Highway 114 in Southlake, according to a project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The company’s online directory lists the location as coming soon. It is one of several GolfTRK locations planned in Texas.

The facility will occupy 3,874 square feet at Gateway Plaza. The filing shows plans for a $300,000 renovation to prepare the existing space for GolfTRK. Construction is scheduled to begin in December 2026 and conclude in February 2027, but an opening date has not yet been announced.

The filing identifies Adam Purselley as the tenant associated with the project. What Now Dallas reached out to Purselley for additional information about the project and may update this article as more information becomes available.

GolfTRK operates as a membership-based indoor golf training facility. Members can reserve bays for independent practice and play.

Its simulator bays use TrackMan technology to collect data on ball flight, club movement, and putting. Golfers can review the results during practice sessions and use the information to monitor changes in their performance.

In the meantime, follow GolfTRK on Instagram for construction and opening updates.
