A new restaurant called Hot Pot Grill is coming to Loveland as part of the latest wave of tenants signed for The Promenade Shops Centerra.
The restaurant is one of nine new businesses announced for the 494,500-square-foot shopping center, which is undergoing a major reinvestment under its current owner, Galway Companies.
According to the announcement, Hot Pot Grill is expected to open at the center by spring 2027. The restaurant joins several other new retailers and restaurants that will be added to the property as renovations continue.
Galway acquired The Promenade Shops Centerra in August 2025 and has since been working on a property-wide refresh. The company says the new leases cover more than 37,000 square feet of space.
While details about Hot Pot Grill itself remain limited for now, the restaurant’s addition will bring another dining option to the open-air shopping center at the intersection of Interstate 25 and U.S. Highway 34.
The Promenade is also receiving upgrades throughout the property, including refreshed storefronts, landscaping, lighting, outdoor seating areas and new signage. A redesigned ice rink is expected to reopen in late November, while the broader streetscape work is scheduled to wrap up in spring 2027.
Hot Pot Grill is expected to arrive as part of that next phase of the center’s redevelopment. A specific opening date has not been announced.
