“Spring Hill – Coming Soon,” says a recent Instagram post published by Rochetti Creamery, a new ice cream shop opening in Spring Hill at 14315 Spring Hill Drive.
For the moment, the brand is keeping the details close to the chest in its social media activity. What Now reached out to owners of Rochetti Creamery on Tuesday. A representative said the menu is still under development and is expected to be released in the coming weeks.
An opening is about two months away, the representative said.
Opening in the small retail center near Advance Auto Parts on Spring Hill Drive, at the intersection with Anderson Snow Road, Rochetti Creamery will join several restaurants, including Tidal Brewing Company, Habana Prime Cuban Restaurant & Bar, and Marco’s Pizza.
