Located at 7600 Island Cove Terrace, Suite 100, in Lakewood Ranch, Forked at Waterside serves up a menu of breakfast, lunch, and cocktail choices. Building on its Lakewood Ranch success, Forked is preparing for an expansion.

“New locations coming soon. Stay tuned!” says the restaurant’s website.

Meanwhile, Mike Kemsley, owner at Forked at Waterside, is at work on a new restaurant project in Bradenton. Kemsley is behind 64 Food LLC, which recently submitted plan review paperwork for a new location at 8405 Heritage Green Way
in Bradenton.

What Now reached out to Kemsley on Tuesday to ask about plans for the new project. Kemsley was not immediately available to confirm whether the project in question is one of Forked’s planned new locations or a different project altogether.

If it should turn out to be a new Forked, that will bring Bradenton popular breakfast and lunch eats that include Forked Specialties like Cow & Hen (steak, two eggs, hash browns or fruit, choice of toast or pancakes) and Oh So Good Biscuits & Gravy, Skillets, French Toast, Bennies, Omelettes, Crepes both sweet and savory, and sandwiches and more.
