Secret Burger Kitchen plans to open in December at 202 SW 43rd St. in Renton, according to an announcement on the company’s Instagram page. An exact opening date has not been announced.

The Renton restaurant will be the company’s fifth location. Secret Burger Kitchen currently has restaurants in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, Tacoma, and Kirkland, along with a mobile operation based in Kent.

Founder and CEO Paul Sandhu developed the concept from a hotel kitchen in Tacoma with his nephew, Mandeep.

Secret Burger Kitchen specializes in smashburgers made with ground Angus chuck, American cheese, lettuce, onions, and the company’s house sauce. Customers can choose single, double, or triple patties.

A plant-based Impossible smash burger and a protein bowl provide alternatives to the traditional burgers. The menu also includes wings served with fries and a choice of sauces or dry seasonings.

Secret Burger Kitchen has not released operating hours or other details about the Renton restaurant. Follow Secret Burger Kitchen on Instagram for construction and opening updates.
