Greenville Breakfast Company, a San Diego-based breakfast and brunch restaurant owned by Rise & Shine Hospitality Group, is preparing to open in Dallas at 5420 Ross Ave.

The company’s fourth Breakfast Company location is scheduled to open in mid-December in the space formerly occupied by Toasted Coffee + Kitchen, according to a press release. The 3,500-square-foot restaurant will have an indoor capacity of 125 customers. Rise & Shine founder Johan Engman announced the opening, which will mark the hospitality group’s first restaurant in Texas.

The menu will include dishes such as Chilaquiles Suizos, Sweet Chili Shrimp & Grits, Steak & Eggs, and the California Breakfast Burrito. Eggs will be sourced from Austin based Vital Farms, with the company stating that each hen is pasture raised with at least 108 square feet of space. The menu will also include gluten-free pancakes and vegan options, including the Vegan Benedict, Vegan Breakfast Sammie, and Seven Grain Bowl.

Sweet offerings will include waffles in flavors such as S’mores, Orange Thyme, Mashed Potato, and Buttermilk Cornmeal, along with Banana Bread and Tiramisu pancakes. French toast options will include Churro, Peach Almond, and Crème Brûlée. The Breakfast Co. Flight will allow customers to choose any three waffles, pancakes, or French toast options.

The drink menu will feature Bloody Maries, bubbles, and breakfast cocktails. Options include the Rise & Shine, made with vodka, lime juice, orange juice, bitters, and ginger beer, as well as the Wake Up, made with coffee whiskey, vanilla, chocolate oat milk, and cold brew coffee. The Breakfast Shot will combine Irish whiskey, orange juice, butterscotch liquor, and bacon.

Greenville Breakfast Company will join two Breakfast Company locations in San Diego, Gaslamp Breakfast Company and Mission Valley Breakfast Company, and West Hollywood Breakfast Company in Los Angeles. The first location opened in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter in December 2019, followed by Mission Valley in July 2023 and West Hollywood in October 2025. Regular hours for the Greenville location will be 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., seven days a week.
