7 Brew Coffee plans to open its first Lindale location at 3207 S. Main St., according to a project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The closest locations are in Tyler, with the nearest about 13 miles away.
The Lindale location would operate from a 510-square-foot prefabricated stand and serve customers only through its drive-thru. The $1.25 million project is scheduled for construction between March and June 2027. No opening date has been announced.
The filing names Tyler-Longview 7 Brew LLC, the franchise entity behind 7 Brew East Texas, as the project owner and lists Kyle Hart as its contact. Hart serves as CFO of Coulter Enterprises.
7 Brew East Texas was among the brand’s first franchisees to open a non-corporate stand. The group began with a Longview location and has the rights to develop at least 10 additional stands across East Texas.
7 Brew opened its first stand in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017. The menu offers coffee, cold brew, energy drinks, teas, lemonades, smoothies, shakes, and flavored sparkling water. Customers can choose from different flavors, sweetness levels, milk options, and toppings.
