Creekside Restaurant & Bar is set to open at 30865 Gateway Place, Suite E-6, Rancho Mission Viejo,  according to a Ladera Ranch Community Page post about the upcoming restaurant in the Fall. The business will operate as a restaurant and bar at Gateway Place.

According to the Creekside Restaurant & Bar website, the team includes experienced Orange County hospitality professionals, including owner Russ Bendel, chef Jared Cook, and beverage director Gabe Whorley. The team’s backgrounds include restaurants such as Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Vine Restaurant, Pelican Grill, and The Ranch Restaurant.

Creekside Restaurant & Bar’s menu will feature American fare with starters such as albacore tuna tartare, Mexican white shrimp scampi, and heirloom tomato with burrata. Entrees include seafood cioppino, prime short rib pot roast, flat iron steak frites, BBQ pork ribs, and BBQ Jidori half chicken. The menu also features sandwiches, salads, and desserts such as a Nutella banana split and skillet brownie.

The restaurant’s website currently provides a “Stay In The Know” option for visitors who want updates about the opening. It also includes a “Join Our Team” section, indicating that the business is preparing for its launch, but no specific opening date is listed.
