KYURAMEN has opened a multi-brand fast-casual destination at 40 Gold Street in Manhattan’s Financial District, bringing together the first Kyuramen Express, the debut of Bao Dumpling, and Aokō Matcha. The new fast-casual spot lets guests pair ramen and Japanese comfort food with Chinese-takeout-inspired dumplings, matcha drinks, and desserts under one roof.

At the center of the experience is Kyuramen Express, KYURAMEN’s first fast-casual format. The menu offers a streamlined selection of Japanese comfort food favorites, with its signature offerings including the Tokyo Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, Sapporo Miso Ramen; Kyushu Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. A selection of udon, rice bowls, sushi, onigiri, appetizers, and combination meals are also available giving guests the flexibility to build a quick meal.

The opening also marks the introduction of Bao Dumpling, a new concept created by the KYURAMEN Group that puts a fresh spin on familiar Chinese comfort food. At its core, Bao Dumpling combines the flavors of popular Chinese takeout dishes with dumplings, allowing guests to enjoy two beloved foods at the same time rather than choosing one or the other. Highlights include its Signature Dumpling Bowls, where guests can choose from a variety of flavors, including the signature Spicy Kung Pao Chicken Dumpling and the chef’s special Orange Beef Dumpling. The menu also includes classic rice bowls, bao, noodles, and shareable bites.

Completing the trio is Aokō Matcha, a matcha-focused brand offering Japanese-inspired beverages and desserts serving “matcha reimagined – in every shade of green.” Signature offerings include its #8 Gelato, known to be the richest in the U.S., Aokō Parfait, and Aokō Matcha Soft Serve. The menu also features specialty matcha drinks including the Matcha Float with Mochi and Strawberry Matcha Latte, alongside mille crepe cakes and more.

“This is our first opportunity to bring several KYURAMEN experiences together in one fast-casual setting,” said Gary Lin, Founder and CEO of KYURAMEN in a statement. “We wanted to create a space where guests can build the meal they want and enjoy Asian-inspired comfort food at one convenient location. Whether they’re stopping by for a quick lunch, grabbing dinner to go, sharing appetizers with friends, or looking for a pick-me-up with an afternoon matcha and dessert, there’s something for everyone.”

Located at  40 Gold Street, New York, NY 10038 in the heart of the Financial District, the new destination gives busy daytime and evening crowds a convenient spot to dine, with the flexibility to mix and match offerings across all three concepts. It is now open daily from 11am to 10pm for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.

To celebrate its debut, KYURAMEN will host a grand opening lucky draw and Instagram giveaway running through October 31.
