Hydration Room is planning a new clinic in Highland Village, expanding its presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with a location at 1510 Cottonwood Creek, Suite 150, according to records filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
The project, registered under TDLR number TABS2027002806, involves renovations to an approximately 1,090-square-foot space at The Shops at Highland Village.
The work has an estimated cost of $87,200 and is scheduled to begin in December 2026, with completion projected for February 2027. The planned improvements include interior partitions, lighting, finishes, restroom modifications and other updates to prepare the suite for its intended use.
Founded in 2014 by board-certified anesthesiologist Dr. Brett Florie, Hydration Room specializes in physician-formulated IV hydration and injection therapies. The company’s approach combines medical oversight with personalized wellness services designed around customers’ individual needs.
According to the company, its offerings include IV therapies focused on hydration, recovery and immune support, along with vitamin injections and additional wellness services. Treatments are administered by qualified clinical professionals under medical supervision.
The Highland Village project follows the company’s expansion into Texas with its Southlake clinic at 1161 E. Southlake Blvd., Suite 280, which opened in September 2026. The Southlake location serves communities including Southlake, Westlake, Colleyville, Keller and Grapevine.
The planned Highland Village clinic would further expand Hydration Room’s presence in the region. However, the TDLR filing reflects a projected construction schedule and does not independently confirm the clinic’s public opening date.
What Now Dallas reached out to Hydration Room for additional information about the Highland Village location, including its anticipated opening date and planned services, but did not receive a response at the time of publication. This article will be updated when more information is made available.
