Not every Atlanta developer has its sight set on apartments.

Epic Development is moving forward with plans for Four15 Stacks, a “modern luxury” 24-townhome community in Sweet Auburn.

The Atlanta-based home builder released renderings Tuesday of the project, named for its address, 415 Gartrell St SE.

The project will house 24 townhomes that start in the $300,000s, at the corner of Gartrell, Lucy and Jackson Streets. Townhomes will feature two to three bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half baths with open floor plans, modern finishes, and outdoor living spaces.
