STIR Is Opening at Medley in Johns Creek

STIR is celebrating its grand opening alongside Medley’s with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The restaurant will open on October 29 as part of Medley’s public launch. It will expand the brand’s presence nationwide, while adding to the development’s lineup of dining destinations.

STIR is a restaurant and cocktail bar that originated in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It is focused on craft cocktails, fresh seafood, and a made-from-scratch kitchen. The Johns Creek opening will mark the brand’s debut in Georgia.

STIR will anchor the central Plaza at Medley, a mixed-use development featuring restaurants, retail shops, residences, offices, and public gathering spaces. The location is intended to serve as both a dining destination and a place for people to gather.

One of the distinctive features of the Johns Creek opening is Tonic House. It is a separate cocktail bar next to STIR and will offer an open-concept layout and patio seating. Guests will be able to order drinks through a walk-up service window facing Medley’s central Plaza. Its menu will focus on classic tonic drinks and their variations.

What to Expect

STIR will serve craft cocktails made with ice carved from 300-pound blocks. The bar will offer more than 300 liquor selections. This includes rare spirits, with bitters and syrups prepared in-house.

The restaurant will feature a raw bar that will serve fresh oysters and seasonal seafood. It will be available raw, steamed, or cooked. STIR will also offer made-from-scratch dishes using quality ingredients, including locally sourced products.

STIR’s opening will bring a new dining and drinking destination to Johns Creek. It will also add to Medley’s growing mix of restaurants and gathering spaces.
