A new café is planned for downtown Palatka, where Cuba Caffe is listed in permit records for a proposed location at 225 N. Second Street.

The project is still in its early stages. Permit information dated October 9, 2026, lists the application as in process under plan review and initial review. An opening date has not been announced.

The North Second Street address places the planned business in the heart of Palatka, adding a new name to the city’s downtown business scene. However, details about the café’s concept, menu and day-to-day offerings have not yet been confirmed publicly.

For now, customers will have to wait for more information about what Cuba Caffe will serve and when it expects to open at 225 N. Second Street Palatka, FL 32177.
