Soulful Eatery is taking its soulful offerings to the next level by opening its first brick-and-mortar location in the Las Vegas Valley. According to a post on the brand’s Instagram page, Soulful Eatery is working to open its first spot in the Westside/Canyon Gate area, in the Campus Commons Food Court/Charleston Commons at 6475 W Charleston Blvd.
“SOULFUL EATERY IS OPENING A NEW RESTAURANT LOCATION WHERE YOU CAN DINE IN WITH US! 🤎🎉,” the Instagram post reads.
“We officially have our space, and now the work begins! 🥹🔑 And YES — the food truck is still coming with us! 🚚🤎 GRAND OPENING COMING SOON… 👀 Who’s coming to celebrate with us?! 🗣️🔥”
At the helm of the opening is owner Chef Ty’Anna Marie. What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Chef Marie, who confirmed the opening. Unfortunately, Chef Marie was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
“Soulful Eatery is a mobile food business that specializes in providing delicious and authentic soul food dishes on the go,” the Soulful Eatery website reads.

“Our food truck offers a unique dining experience that allows customers to enjoy classic southern cuisine with a modern twist.”
Soulful Eatery originally launched as a Black- and women-owned food truck, visiting apartment communities and local stops like Aspire @ Echelon, Inspire, Summer Winds, and Arzano, and building its local following by setting up at downtown spots like the Chocolate City Lounge and corporate parking lots. Over nearly three years, chef Marie grew the mobile brand into a popular catering service and local fixture. The truck frequently served local apartment complexes, community events, and dispensaries like NuWu North.
“Our food truck is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, and our experienced chef Ty’Anna Marie is dedicated to providing exceptional food and service to our customers,” the brand’s website reads.
“Soulful Eatery caters to a wide range of events, including festivals, corporate gatherings, weddings, and private parties.”

The menu features Southern comfort classics, including fried catfish, wings, chicken tenders, salmon, and shrimp combos ($18–$23), alongside sides like mac & cheese, yams, garlic mash, and collard greens cooked with smoked turkey ($7).
Soulful Eatery transitioning from a mobile kitchen to its first permanent dine-in restaurant is special in more ways than one.
