Caitlyn Minimalist is preparing to open a new store at Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance, according to a press release shared with What Now Los Angeles.
The jewelry brand offers personalized pieces and keepsakes designed for everyday wear and to mark special occasions.
According to its website, founder and CEO Kate Kim started the business after designing a necklace featuring her grandfather’s handwriting from a letter. The piece attracted interest from friends and family, who began requesting personalized jewelry of their own, inspiring her to build a business focused on sentimental jewelry at accessible prices.
Caitlyn Minimalist handles its jewelry production in-house. Its process includes developing designs and 3D models, cutting and molding pieces by hand or with laser machines, and assembling and polishing the finished jewelry before packaging it for gifting.
What Now Los Angeles reached out to Director of Operations Michael Holcombe, who confirmed that the brand is planning a grand opening for mid-November.
The store will be located on the main level of Del Amo Fashion Center, near Macy’s Women’s. The shopping center, located at 3525 W. Carson St., is also preparing for several other retail arrivals this fall.
According to the mall’s announcement, POP MART and ThirdLove are both expected to open in November, while a Hirono After Dark pop-up is open through early January 2027.
What Now Los Angeles has also reported on the center’s upcoming tenants, including Olive Young’s planned first-floor store between Fabletics and Garage.
