Mezzmiz plans to open its first Toronto restaurant at 55 University Avenue, Suite 3, near Wellington Street West, according to 6ix Retail.

CEO and co-founder Nadim Hammoud told the publication he is targeting a soft opening in late November or early December 2026. The approximately 1,500-square-foot restaurant will replace Mofer Coffee and have direct access to the PATH.

Mezzmiz began as a ghost kitchen in Montreal during the pandemic. It joined Time Out Market Montréal in 2022 before opening its own restaurant on Rue Crescent in late 2023.

The business currently operates at 1407 Rue Crescent. A second Montreal restaurant is under construction at 495 Rue McGill, alongside the Toronto expansion.

At the shop, customers can order bowls, wraps, mezze platters, salads, and desserts. Catering will also be part of the Toronto business.

What Now Toronto reached out to Mezzmiz, and this article may be updated as more information becomes available. Follow Mezzmiz on Instagram for opening details about the Toronto restaurant.
