A wellness center focused on the science of longevity is expanding in California. According to the company’s website, Ultimate Longevity Center is preparing to open a new location at 5500 Canoga Ave. in the Calabasas-Woodland Hills area, which is listed as “Coming Soon.”

The center is part of a wellness concept backed by entrepreneur and human biologist Gary Brecka. Its model combines health assessments, recovery services and retail products across three areas: The Lab, The Playground and The Apothecary.

The Lab is designed to provide health assessments and clinical guidance, with services such as biomarker panels, genetic insights, and hormone and metabolic testing.

The Playground will offer recovery and wellness experiences, including a hyperbaric chamber, red-light bed, dry sauna and zero-gravity lounge, among other amenities.

Meanwhile, The Apothecary will carry products for members to use at home, such as H2Tabs, Perfect Aminos and Baja Gold mineral sea salt.

The Woodland Hills-area project follows the company’s planned expansion into Southern California. What Now San Diego recently reported on Ultimate Longevity Center’s plans to open in January 2027 at The Forum Carlsbad, at 1905 Calle Barcelona, Suite 210. That center is also listed as “Coming Soon.”
