Ultimate Longevity Center, a wellness concept focused on health testing, personalized routines and longevity, is preparing to open at The Forum Carlsbad. According to the shopping center’s website, the business will occupy 1905 Calle Barcelona, Suite 210.

Backed by entrepreneur and human biologist Gary Brecka and partnered with health optimization company Lifeforce, Ultimate Longevity Center aims to give visitors a clearer picture of their health through testing and personalized wellness routines.

What Now San Diego reached out to Gary Brecka for additional information about the project, including its expected opening timeline, but did not receive a response prior to press time. The Forum’s website currently lists the store hours as “Coming Soon,” without specifying an opening date yet.

Located in Carlsbad, The Forum is an open-air shopping center featuring a range of retail, restaurant, fitness and lifestyle businesses. Ultimate Longevity Center will add another wellness-focused option to its tenant lineup.

The arrival adds to The Forum’s mix of retail, dining and wellness businesses previously covered by What Now San Diego. Past coverage includes FlowCorps, Parakeet Café and SusieCakes, as well as Kaiseki Sushi. The publication has also reported on upcoming retail additions Rowan and Aritzia.
