FlowCorps, a beat-driven, high-intensity Pilates studio, opened its first California location at The Forum Carlsbad on May 24. Offering a fresh take on Pilates that blends classical and contemporary principles with functional fitness, FlowCorps delivers an engaging, full-body workout designed to build lasting strength, mobility, and alignment, all in an upbeat, community-driven environment.
The new studio will feature FlowCorps’ signature Reformer and infrared-heated Mat Pilates classes, designed to challenge and energize participants of all fitness levels. With a focus on movement quality and rhythm, each class is crafted to inspire confidence while engaging every muscle and delivering effective, results-driven workouts.
As part of the celebration, FlowCorps is offering two free class credits during the soft opening period, May 24 to June 8. In addition, a limited number of founding memberships are now available.

The Forum Carlsbad, an open-air lifestyle destination managed by Northwood Retail, offers a distinguished mix of retailers and wellness experiences, making it an ideal home for FlowCorps’ expansion.
