According to public filings, Leucadia Pizzeria is exploring a potential expansion into Rancho Bernardo, where a property at 12467 Rancho Bernardo Road is being considered.

Leucadia Pizzeria has served San Diego County for decades, offering pizza, pasta, salads and other Italian-inspired dishes.

What Now San Diego reached out to owner Charles Conover, who shared that he is exploring the space as a possible addition to the business.

Conover explained that expanding into Rancho Bernardo would allow the company to reach customers beyond the delivery areas currently served by its existing restaurants.

The plans are still preliminary. If the project moves forward, an opening would be at least three months away, although no specific timeline has been established.

Conover also indicated that further expansion could be a possibility in the future.

What Now San Diego previously covered the company’s plans to expand into Mira Mesa, where it proposed a location at 9906 Mira Mesa Boulevard in 2021.

For now, the Rancho Bernardo property remains under consideration, and the company has not confirmed plans for a new restaurant.
