The Juicy Crab later this year will open its newest location in the Howell Mill Square shopping center, at 1715 Howell Mill Road.
It will replace the now-shuttered Piccadilly Cafeteria, according to signage at the space.
Co-owner Raymond Chen in a telephone conversation Tuesday confirmed the plans with What Now Atlanta (WNA).
The Juicy Crab’s new Berkeley Park restaurant is also listed on the company’s website as “coming soon.”
It will open as a franchise, Chen said.
The franchisee was not disclosed.
Todd Strickland, director of franchise development for the restaurant, did not immediately respond to WNA’s request for comment this week.
Duluth, Georgia was where the New Orleans-inspired brand was born in 2015.
As its name suggests, The Juicy Crab is known for its seafood dishes.
The Juicy Crab has ten existing locations and at least 10 in the works across the southeast.
A location in Tucker, at 4349 Lawrenceville Hwy, opened April 23.
It’s spelled Berkeley Park.
