Hoot’s Righteous Wings, a new fast-casual eatery from Atlanta-based Hooters of America, LLC, is in permitting to open in Fuqua’s Peachtree Corners Town Center development.

It will be the second local restaurant for the chain joining an under-construction outpost in Madison Yards.

The Reynoldstown development, at 905 Memorial Drive SE, is also owned by Fuqua.

Hooters executives have been very quiet about the launch of Hoot’s Righteous Wings which has one existing location in Chicago.

Unlike the planned Atlanta-area restaurants, the Chicago location is simply named “Hoots.”

When reached via email by What Now Atlanta (WNA) in April, representatives for the national chain would not provide additional details surrounding Hoot’s Righteous Wings.

Upon further digging, WNA this week uncovered renderings for the forthcoming restaurants (shown above and below) and updated information on the concept’s website.

Gregg Brickman, trained by Wolfgang Puck, is serving as executive chef at Hoot’s Righteous Wings Madison Yards.

“I’m excited to put an elevated twist on homestyle comfort food, like the bacon-wrapped wings, spicy braised greens, and baked jalapeno bacon mac and cheese,” Brickman said in a statement on the restaurant’s website.

“It’s a blending of the classic and new that I think fits right in at Madison Yards. It’ll be a little messy, but damn good.”

Hoot’s Righteous Wings will be counter service for take-out and dine-in customers, and will employee “more modestly” dressed women and men.
