Westside Pizzeria is leaving its home of 15 years.

Owner Ryan Ferrara is moving the bar and pizza joint to the nearby Westside Village, at 2260 Marietta Blvd. NW, Unit 107.

It is currently situated at 2341 Marietta Blvd. NW. within a stone’s throw of the mixed-use.

Westside Pizzeria is in permitting for its new location and construction is expected to begin in the fall, Ferrara in a telephone interview told What Now Atlanta.

It would relocate in early-2020.

“We just want to continue to be a part of the neighborhood and grow with it,” Ferrara said.

In its new 2,200-square-foot home, Westside Pizzeria will boast a breezeway-adjacent patio with ceiling fans and skylights.

The restaurant will look and feel like the original location on the inside.

“Same feel but a little nicer.”

Ferrara will move and rehang the “signs we’ve earned over the years” but will update the space with new furnishings and fixtures.

He’s also creating a “big chalkboard with a list of all of our beer and wine.”
