Nate Hybl has set a late-September timeline for the opening of the restauranteur’s fifth gusto! outpost.

Situated in Chamblee, at 4945 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard near Whole Foods Market, the new gusto! will be the first for the chain with a drive-thru.

“The Chamblee community has already welcomed us with open arms and we’re looking forward to making our neighbors’ lives easier with a fresh, healthful dining option on the go,” Hybl said in a press release Friday.

“We want our guests to know that at gusto! they never have to sacrifice flavor, freshness or quality for speed.”

Local operating partner Bobby Bryde, a Chamblee native with more than 20 years of restaurant industry experience, previously held management roles with Zaxby’s, Shane’s Rib Shack, Panera Bread, and Mimi’s Café, and spent eight years as a Johnny’s NY Style Pizza franchisee.

“I was born in and feel very connected to the Chamblee community,” Bryde said.

“It’s exciting to be part of the growth surge in this area, and I look forward to providing a new level of convenience to the young professionals and families in the area.”

While the design of the restaurant’s interior is in keeping with the chain’s existing locations, the Chamblee gusto! will boast an 18-foot-tall glass front and a mural from local artist Lee Arnett

Several “Avo Angel” wing murals in both adult and child sizes are outside on the patio for “photo opportunities.”

gusto! Chamblee will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

An exact opening date is forthcoming.
