Meraki Greek Grill plans to open a second location in Las Vegas.

The fast-casual Greek restaurant will be located at 9875 W. Charleston Blvd. in the Whole Foods Shopping Plaza.

Co-Owner Joseph Djavairian said the new restaurant has a “pretty firm” opening date of April 6.

“This second location is the first phase of our expansion,” he said. “The first Meraki Greek Grill, on Tropicana Ave. and Rainbow Blvd., has been open for about five years. We hope to grow to multiple locations in the valley in the near future.”

One thing that separates the Charleston Boulevard location from the original is that it will have a larger footprint. At 2,800 square feet compared to 2,000 square feet, Djavairian thinks the extra space will come in handy.

“Seating will be close to 70 people with additional seating for 24 guests on the patio,” Djavairian said.

Meraki Greek Grill prides itself on delivering authentic Greek food to its customers.

“We use the freshest vegetables you can imagine and we believe we are the gold standard for fast-casual Greek food,” Djavairian added.
