The Henderson area will soon welcome Boom Bang Fine Foods & Cocktails, a new restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner and staying open late.
The restaurant is a collaboration between Elia Aboumrad-Page, of Top Chef Season 2 fame; Christian Page, of Cassell’s Hamburgers in Los Angeles, who will be serving as chef alongside Aboumrad-Page; and managing partner Tony Angotti. Its menu will feature an eclectic collection of dishes and cuisines.
“It’s French technique,” Aboumrad-Page, owner and executive chef, told What Now Las Vegas in a Tuesday afternoon phone call, “but it’s not just one type of food. It’s the melting pot that American food is now. We want it to be a place where you can come one, two, three times a week. Come with a date, or a bring a book at breakfast.”
Elaborating on the menu, Aboumrad-Page listed a variety of savory pastries like rustic mushroom and seafood tarts, along with items like roasted fall vegetables and scallops. The restaurant will also feature a deli, and the menu of American favorites like burgers will take influences from Mexican and French cuisine.
Boom Bang will be located at 75 S Valle Verde Dr, in a location formerly occupied by steak-and-eggs restaurant Rise and Shine, with interior design done by Las Vegas’s own Evolve Interior.
“I want to focus very much on beautiful service,” she concluded. “We want a place where the guest is king. We’re not going to be a no-substitutions place. We want to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome.”
