The Palazzo at the Venetian will soon be home to Villa Azur, a restaurant serving cuisine from the South of France with an international twist.

Villa Azur locations’ menus have included dishes “from the land,” like its Chateaubriand au Poivre and Whole Roasted Chicken, and “from the sea,” with seafood dishes including its Dover Sole Meunière and Whole Branzino, alongside vegan options like its Cauliflower Crab Cake. Dishes can be enhanced with the addition of Seared Foie Gras “Rossini” and Oscietra Caviar. For dessert guests can select from indulgent choices like Nutella Mousse and Classic Tiramisu.

Menus have also featured a wide variety of beverages, with cocktails, “liquid sweetness,” digestives, and a selection of coffee drinks, including ones of the adult variety.

Villa Azur is the culmination of a partnership between co-owners Jean Philippe Bernard, Paul Breuza, and Michael Martin. The partnership draws on more than 25 years of hospitality industry experience, particularly based around the South of France, and the result is a “chic, festive, Mediterranean style restaurant, bar, and lounge.”

What Now Las Vegas reached out to Jean Philippe Bernard by phone on Tuesday. Bernard was unavailable for comment at this time.
